hey falling off bikes into poles are very painful!!! i should know I did it, long story short i was doing my paper round early hrs mind somewhere else then bam smacked into a lamp post. I can laugh now obviously but oh the pain poor bugger!

Shamefaced laughter going on here too! I must say I'm with Richard Hamilton, who reckons railways are for trains, roads are for cars and canals are for bikes... But I wouldn't deliberately hurt a cyclist!
