Wow ! Seems that that is the 'army canal' in Iraq, and is full of rubbish, spillage and abbatoir run-off, but google do enhance their images, and index red indicates contaminated water.

I believe they can hone in really really close if they wish...what we get is nothing compared to what's possible...bit scary really...odd they have so much difficulty locating 'enemy strongholds' if they can get even this close??? Big hugs..

OK so they can get that close to some animals in some desert. There was some very convenient cloud last time I tried to get anywhere near New Ross, County Wexford in Ireland on Google Earth! *shakes fist*
