Why? Why would anybody carve out a life for themselves as a cheese sculpter! It takes all sorts I s'pose - stunning talent but I'd love to see what they put down on forms as their profession.
what ever they put would be a bit cheesey!!

I could never let anyone eat that cheese after I went to all that work.

I think I just prefer thin slices of cheese after all, but thanks for the offer!
do you have Swedish brand cheese??
how crass of me ...of course you do
Västerbotten is the traditional Swedish celebration cheese. To many Swedes, it is considered the "emperor of cheeses", either because of its heft (it is made in 40 pound wheels) or its full flavor. Its flavor is rich and full-bodied with a tangy, bittersweet bite.
