It's made entirely of one-way glass! No one can see you from the outside, but when you are inside it's like sitting in a clear glass box Now would you...

  you would be sat there waving just to see if someone waved back....i would imagine the youths in the area would have fun by walking up and staring and pointing just to make out they can see you
