The concept of a flat pack car is not really appealing is it!!!!!! Has it been safety tested?? Do we have to take it straight kwik-fit for an MOT when we've 'built' it???
There's got to be some really good jokes to come out of this!!-

Ah, if me grandpop were still alive.
Someone in his town in the country had pulled apart a car into nuts bolts etc in their loungeroom and couldn't put it back together..so he offered $20 for the lot and built me my first car..which didn't pass rwego check in Sydney, so my uncle drove it back to where he came from and they passed it from the police station without looking ..caus if old Jack had built it , it'd be OK..which it was :-) Notg the done thing these days I guess.. but it worked and went.
Why it didnt pass was he'd bolted a floor panel in and they wanted it welded.. but it held just fine... LOL (true story actually)
he was a mechanic and back in his training days his apprenticeship included shoeing horses :-)
he had to finally go to a garage to get his car checked when over 90.. he couldn't work out those new fangled computer stuff..
